About Me

Hello, I’m Pamoda Waragoda Vitharana. I am a student at St Olave's Grammar School with a deep interest in the sciences and a long-standing aspiration to pursue medicine.

My curiosity has always centred on how biology, chemistry, and human behaviour intertwine to shape health and wellbeing. Whether studying the intricacies of the human body or exploring the ethics of medical innovation, I am driven by a desire to understand and to make a difference. I have consistently achieved top results in my academic studies and have taken every opportunity to extend my learning beyond the classroom. From publishing scientific articles and leading research discussions to engaging with topics such as medical ethics and global health, I aim to approach medicine as both a science and a humanitarian vocation.

Outside the laboratory and classroom, I am fascinated by the connections between science and society. My involvement in environmental workshops and the Junior Physics Society has strengthened my analytical mindset, a quality that is essential to a future doctor This website reflects my journey so far, combining curiosity, compassion, and a commitment to lifelong learning.
